Just bought one on Amazon for $58 Canuck pesos cuz the coating was wearing thin on my old one and I was concerned about it transferring to our food. .A bonus was that the new one is PTFE Free & PFOA Free. I tend to agree that no on/ off button and the lack of knowing the cooking temps is an annoyance. The first thing I did was clean it in really sudzy warm water and made some grilled bacon and cheese sandwiches. New subscriber and looking forward to your content. Thanks

I don't have this version but I absolutely love my George Foreman grill. I have no idea this issue people are having with cleaning. I hot surface and a sponge with soap and it cleans like a dream. Now I have an older model and the surface looks to be showing some wear so I need to get a new one. Surprisingly I'm having a hard time finding ones with temp control. This thing cooks food so fast that I need to find another one or an alternative. Speed is important to me during the week.

Strange. I got almost the same submersible George Foreman grill for 59.99 at Target, and mine has the temperature control.

@@TheAverageKitchen Yeah, the 5-serving version has a temp control with an "off" setting. It doesn't show actual temps on the dial, it just ranges from "Off" to "Max". And yeah, approximately 60 USD.

Got it for $60 CAD ($44 USD). It's laughable that it's marketed as "family size", but it's great for 1 person who just wants to grill 2 frozen supermarket hamburger patties or fish filets.

Just this week I bought a George Foreman, I forgot how good they are for toasted sandwiches. Like everyone I had one donkeys years ago. Best £29 I’ve spent in ages. This washable one does look cool as they’re a beast to clean. Cheers as always.

I had a George Foreman Grill for years, and then I dropped it on the floor one day (while trying to clean it next to the sink), and that was the end of it. I miss it so much!! The one I had was big enough to cook four burgers. It was the PERFECT size! I also liked that it had the temperature control. I recently purchased a new one, but ended up returning it because it was too small. The picture on the box shows 5 chicken breasts on the grill. What a joke!! The grill was only big enough to cook, maybe, 3 small breasts, but certainly not 5!!! Next time I will pay closer attention to the measurements. I don't know why they make the grills so small now, and not many have the temperature control feature. It's a shame because it's such a good grill. I wish I could find something to replace it that is just as good. I'll just keep hoping and wishing!! Thanks for the review. : )
