Gachas will hold more than their weight limit; if you toss the items on the ground under them, they will pick up everything until they are slot capped. Also the owls will give you a chance for better loot, so stick a few around each pair of gacha and they’ll automatically pick up the owl pellets. I haven’t gotten to play with them in ASA but I believe in ASE I kept my gachas on the specific resource and got the loot randomly. ETA: you can feed them any junk you have around and they will still drop the crystals, it doesn’t have to be just stone.

@ I’m on sp too. Now I will say I did many passes and only found 2 I think they share spawn with the dilos, compy and mesos. They do seem to like to spawn around gachas so if you see some gachas look for small Dino’s and kill them, go check another area and come back to see if anything respawned

I have had the same issue with the plants. rocks, and even the trees just not loading in. Don't forget to level up the Gatcha's crafting skill and if it is the same as ASE. Giving the Gatcha map, structures, and element dust with Snow Owl pellet's usually give the best crystals. Take that with a grain of salt because I haven't messed with the ASA Gatcha yet. I heard that they are not quite right yet.

Peggos were actually one of the first creature I ever tamed in Ark so I have a... nostalgic fondness of them, I guess. Also, I believe if you turn off VolumetricClouds it removes the ugliness of the storm and just gives you normal to somewhat green-ish lighting.

Hi axe. Remember that filling the gachas inventory with snow owl pellets only increases the tiered crystals that they drop. They also need stones or other materials in order to produce their resources.

Hiya Axe! Just a tip, a higher level Pego (you can level them in any of the stats, doesnt matter) it gives them the ability to pick up from further distances from the gacha. Put in a saddle on the gachs also help keep their happiness. Plant species and snow owl pellets boost their special drops of loot possibility. Thanks again for another awesome vid! If you plan on breeding them, be sure to take the babies as soon as theyre born or the gachas will get sad. Ive been using crystal & stone - but they do prefer crafted structures esp tek & metal (i know its expensive hence why im using stone)

I used to feed my gachas stone structures and war maps along with owl pellets, just drop everything on the ground - they’ll slot cap themselves so you don’t have to worry about their weight

if they work like they did on ASE the snow owl pellet will increase the amount of items you get per crystal and help to increase them dropping items.. you will still need to feed them something to get them to produce other than just the snow pellets though..

if I remember correctly, Plant Species Y(?) seeds are the best thing to feed Gachas, and feeding them Owl pellets in addition to this boosts the quality of their drops

Put points on crafting skill on your gachas, that increases loot quality. You don't need to tame any more wild gachas, just breed them until you get ones that produce things you need or are useful to you. Things that gacha babies will produce are randomly appointed in birth, so it doesn't matter what their parents produce, you can get babies producing any resource, of course you want at least couple that drop element dust.

Pego Pickup range works like the Dung Beetle range pump the melee stat for range. 10:40 yeah you are bugged the stones etc aren't rendering. You need a Snow owl to find small stuff, the Pegos only pop in the north portion of the Sunken Forest. Use Mejo Berries or Prime to tame the Pegos. Get Beetle that will pick up Gacha Poop, Make Greenhouse with a bunch of plant Species Y, feed traps to the gachas. If you breed Gachas you get random resources they can produce eventually you will get one for element dust. Put Saddles on the Gachas. Throw the food on the ground for them don't put it in their inventory. You either have one set on Thatch or random. To get items more often raise their crafting skill. If you are going to use Snow owls (which you shouldn't) it takes dozens to feed the gachas. You can get the owl pellets in the Dino Depot Terminal but it's weird with producing them.

You probably want some higher level gachas if you want gear. I think it's based on the points in their crafting skill. And it doesn't have to be on any, to get gear. Having owl pellets will also help

I think your base looks freakin great, maybe put a triangular addition on top to blend it with the natural tower behind, take a step back and look you will see the slant in the tower, make something to compliment that slant and your base will look like a modern mad max pent home...lmfao...I think pumping crafting skill and feeding better food like structures gets the loot.

you wont get item from normal gacha crystals u need to get the actual named ones like primitive, ramshacle, journeyman crystals and to get that u need stone and owl pellets and I think there is better items than stone to use with pellets but i dont know which atm as I've not done research or testing.

@The_AxeMan Gachas are solitary creatures, except when they have one (and only one) mate with them. If there is a same gender Gacha within 14 or less foundation range, they will become 'sad'; other than their facial expression, they will refuse to look directly at the survivor if "Ally-Looking" is on, they will not pick up items/resources dropped near them (they will make an expression with their head turned away in front rather than grabbing it), and they will very rarely produce crystal (with severe resource rate drop), or eat anything in their inventory even if Stone or other resource/item are placed inside. Moreover, if they had eaten Snow Owl Pellet (Extinction) , dreary flecks of light will appear behind where the lights would be. Even if the Gacha of the same gender leaves the sadness range, the previous Gacha with the said gender will remain sad for a time unless reintroduced to the opposite gender Gacha. Note that baby/juvenile/adolescent Gachas ignore these effects until they are adult, and adult Gachas are not affected by nearby baby/juvenile/adolescent Gachas, even if they came from different parents.

Gacha crystals are "normal" when its just resources. Any quality (color around boarder) means its actual loot. Crafting stat being higher increases likelyhood of getting better quality crystals. (as well as snow owl pellets as they buff gacha)
