Although the "obvious" evolution lines for 100 days is the bipedal carnivore line, I think the spirit of the 100 days challenge really calls for an omnivore/herbivore line so there's more stress to survive. I don't have a good idea for one yet though, might be back to reply to this with an idea

Play as a dino idea: Make a hitlist of all the dinos on the map, and whatever dinosaur you kill you have to switch into it. Your goal is to become every dinosaur that spawns and you have 3 chances to switch dinosaurs if you were for example a rex and you accidently kill a dodo, you can use a life and not need to turn into the dodo and can select something else youve already killed.

i think a good line would be ember wyvern (kill 1 Rex, and 15 regular kills) , to magmasaur (kill 3 rexs, 20 dinos and a wyvern if any type) to dragon (attempt a giga or even a titanosaur)
