Your video provides an excellent and comprehensive overview of use case descriptions, clearly distinguishing between use case diagrams and descriptions. The practical example with a banking system adds significant value, helping to contextualize the theory with real-world applications. Thank you so much for this!

This was an extremely clear and extensive overview of use case descriptions! I love how you described the distinction between flows and situations, as well as the need of keeping processes sequential. The way you brought everything together with examples, particularly the online transaction situation, made it easy to understand. Plus, the idea about not include design details is quite useful-it greatly streamlines the process. Excellent job on this tutorial! Thanks!

Use Case documentation has been a game changer for managing projects in my organization! It helps to narrow the focus for developers, and it also cuts down on scope creep. I wish I started doing this sooner!

Thanks for this tutorial. I'm a newbie to BA and understood most of it, but I'm definitely watching this again. Also, is Use Case Description also known as the Use Case Document?
@thebadoc Жыл бұрын
Hi, Sonia! I'm so happy to hear that you are able to follow the content. Definitely watch as many times as you need to and take notes! Yes, the use case description/document/specification are all the same. I also have a video on the use case "diagram" that you might find helpful as well. That's usually the starting point for the use case description. You can check that out here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/boeWo2iJibmgmKM

Wow, this was really clear! Use case descriptions appear to be a complete game changer for documenting behavioral requirements. I like how you split down each component, particularly the sequence of events. How do you determine when a scenario is relevant enough to document separately? Thanks!
