Loved that she had HBCU Texas Southern University “Ocean of Soul Marching Band” and “Motion of The Ocean” performing during the halftime show with. It was full circle for them both because she performed with them in 1998 with Destiny’s Child when their first single came out. And it’s right in 3rd Ward Tx…..right in her back yard.

My daughter is in the Bee Hive, however😅I really appreciate the maturity of her music now, the reclamation of black history in her music is humbling, and that woman’s performance acumen matches Michael Jackson.
