in the turorial "shut down" is only given to people who are on a kill spree above. riot explicitly hiding it in the bounty system that it also counts your gold ahead in the enemy. DotA has a better bounty system than LoL and it's not even a joke. Lol's bounty system is broken and you're ounished for being better than the enemy team.

@@eijitoh6252 yeah I know I just always hold challenger+ players to a higher standard; I feel like someone as smart as him should know that, especially since minions being a bounty factor isn't brand spanking new. I figure being someone who plays as much as he does, this isn't the first time he's gone without assist bounty and had creep bounty instead. And yeah I've also heard dota's bounty system is better, but then again league is a mess, they don't really make it hard for other games to outshine them in certain respects 😂

I said I hold challenger players to a higher standard because they're supposed to represent the best players of our regions aside from those who play on esports teams.
