@@belaa.6792 no, night harvester cooldown is based ON CHAMP, just like yasuo E you can use on another player but for the first one you need to wait for cooldown, dark harvester is a general cooldown meaning you can only apply to one champ and it enters cooldown for everyone.

Sometimes flat pen applied before % pen sometimes it did not, especially for champs that had some inbuilt form of armor pen like cait used to have on Q or items like cleaver. Basically, there was no % pen in the game - the items would not 'ignore' armor/MR but prescale dealt damage such that the end result worked as if you had armor pen. Resultant funny interaction was lastwhisper and thornmail, an adc with LW would near 1shot themselves against old thornmail which reflected % of incoming raw damage (before armor was considered). Lifesteal also worked off of raw damage, so any adc had to have 20-30% of lifesteal or risk dying to accidentally clicking a champ with thornmail, hence all the _just buy lifesteal_ memes and crying about tanks. This was reworked as part of the lethality/assasin update and now we have proper % armor pen which is applied before flat.

its obvious man its first strike + night harvester for burst gold you can also run tp smite, stealing early camps with jungle item sell jungle item before 5th smite to keep the gold and exp but the summoner spell will offer you what others dont cheap infinite sustain, low cd, and access to farming jungle camps meaning more gold earlier then others
