If they could do that all game it would be broken lol. On top of that Ashe is an even worse tank-killer than most ADCs, if that was a Kaisa or Twitch Baus would have died twice as fast to them.

The problem is not tanks, Sion had more items, and most importantly 2 levels advantage, if you're 2 levels ahead on your opponents, you can literally do anything. That's also why botlane is a shit lane, because no matter how fed you get, you can't carry the game if mid or top outlevel you anyway
