In every class, Jill includes a warm-up, cardio, strength training, and cool down stretches. Suitable for all fitness levels.
ABOUT OUR INSTRUCTOR:
Jill is a Registered Kinesiologist who has worked extensively with injury rehabilitation, older adults, and clinical populations including COPD, arthritis, chronic pain, diabetes, and stroke. Her greatest passion is encouraging and supporting people to start moving and finding their "challenging but doable" exercise and improve their quality of life.
