the actual cost is not 130 because you cannot by the minimum ammount of coins you need to buy it. you need to by the 8100 and the 3950 pack of coins to have enough (from zero, assuming you have no delta tickets) to have 11000 delta coins, assuming you need all 8 pulls to get the whole collection

Not even you just have to get Mandel bricks from playing a lot of warfare mode or decode them in operations mode them sell them on the market for tickets and you can get this skin for free. You just have to grind. not many games give you an option of getting skins just from playing

Honestly love the game but the interface and unlocking stuff is a total nightmare. Theres like 50 different currencies and places to unlock stuff. I paid 5€ and got a couple voice lines and an emote. So I would need to pay like 20€ more to get the skin. Absolutely filthy stuff.

It's like the ultimate scummy version of preying upon 'sunk cost fallacy'. I would've honestly bought this skin if it was just priced at like 20-30 euro. But aside from the fact that it'll cost the majority of people 100+ , the system itself makes me not want to spend any money on it whatsoever. This kind of stuff should not be tolerated. Hell, games like League of Legends made tens of millions each year from just selling cool skins to the player directly. You knew what you got and exactly how much it cost. Not to promote gambling, I'm hugely apposed to most in-game transaction, unless I truly enjoy the game, I ended up getting Inky Reflection finished on the 5 Operator Cards (so 9 total), I've spent $30 on the game so far, that was two battle-passes, the op-cards, and some other small things. Also, the emotes have anti-peak, if you couldn't see them in first person, you won't see them in third, at least that's how finishers work. I'm hoping the end of the year brings an excellent Battlefield.

i wanted the skin when i first saw it, then i made it up to the third or fourth spin. I got all the same cosmetics the video got in the same order. This is a really sleazy form of monetization. Making people have this hope they could get the skin the first time off when obviously no one is getting it the first time. I thought COD had predatory bundles and pricing, but paying for coins to convert to tickets for a chance to win a skin bundle is gross. I find all the different currencies in this game to be its biggest negative. I think monetizing cosmetics and skins is fine and all, but making people go through different currencies and stuff...feels like dirty pool to me.

It is a bit expensive tho.....however the scar skin, the lobby animation and the hacking animation look more cool than the operator skin in my opinion. But yeah we liked the game the way it is now....to the devs, add cool operator skins, add cool animations, just stop before ruining the game experience (like cod)

I was super excited for this skin because I play hacklaw the most and after 3 free rolls though tickets I earned in game looked into how much it would cost to spend real money on it and my jaw dropped. The ramping cost of tickets per pull and weighted chance of you getting the thing that everyone would want (the character skin) is the shitty model here.

honestly I'm disappointed to see how they r handling this game going forward. say one thing and doing another i get it is a "free" game but since there last update ops wait timer is a nightmare reminds me of division 1 survival. There was a promised solo que didn't come they put maps on a rotation so they are forcing you to lobby's where ppl are way over geared. Then they removed rank from the "easy" mode for what reason idk. Then you get to warfare lobby's are never never full when starting anymore plus the frame rate drop is verry noticeable. they need to fix the game b4 they worry about skins.

I agree with everything but the frame drops. I play on the WORST laptop. 12 years old still has ddr3 1650 and an i7 that maxes at 2.0 htz. All setting at high I keep m a frame cap of 60 cus that the highest my monitor goes. I don't even drop 1 single frame through an entire warfare session. Even those maps in tight spots where almost the entire 64 people are on screen shot exploding everywhere and people driving lavs. No exaggeration not ONE frame. On tarkov? All low settings (except textures) everything off I get 20 fps on customs and factory. It's always been like that and I still play but the performance in Delta is incredible.

Expensive? yes very... but either you can get lucky and pay a little or get lucky with free mandle bricks and resell the gun skins... if you get lucky with a good one... And honestly any excuse "this game needs to be monetized this way" is a fallacy because look at how well Warframe has been doing for over 10 years and you dont need to put a single penny in it... you can play the game for a week to increase mastery and be able to trade for prem currency just by selling excess stuff you dont want on the market... I can buy anything except the real world creator content in the matter of 1 or 2 days of trading old stuff (because of trade limit) sure I grind but there is no limit to grinding for sellable content unlike this game where you are limited. No need to ever justify "they need to make money" because other companies have done this process so much better without the need for 'gambling ideology'

And they're not even forcing anyone to buy this as its all purely cosmetic. I think the argument isn't micro transaction, it's the cost of them. $130 for a skin in a game you might not be playing in a year's time is a lot to spend from the consumer. Also, say one bought 3 rolls and not gotten the skin, well now the consumer feels obligated to keep purchasing until they get it because theyve already invested toward it. I've bought the battle passes and plan to get the white rose bundle myself, but I agree with the initial comment, a gambling $130 is to expensive. I actually think they would make more money by reaching a larger audience offering skins like this for something like $50-$75. I would buy it at that price, but won't at $130(taking random rolls on things i dont want). And that's fine, don't misunderstand I'm not salty about it.
