Bro you missing the Lumen Commands. Lumen kills FPS in the game harder then anything else. Their are 2 Lumen commands that will significantly improve your performance more. FoV also kills FPS. Having FoV at 80 substantially improves FPS. I play on PC and after I adjusted my FoV and disabled Lumen in my configuration file. Which the Lumen commands do the same thing on Xbox because you can't access the configuration. But after I adjusted those 2 simple things. My game runs a 144 FPS and never drops below 140. Game plays flawless. Only issues are WCs terrible servers at this point. r.DynamicGlobalIlluminationMethod 0 (Disables Lumen) (High FPS Impact) r.Lumen.Reflections.Allow 0 (Disables Lumen Reflections) (Medium FPS Impact) Add these commands to your game. They will improve performance way more then anything on this command list. And I play with a tribe of console players. They confirmed with me that nothing improves their performance more then the Lumen commands.

I kinda agree but ASA was a game made for Unreal engine 5 for the quality upgrade so it kinda makes sense that it is around 30 fps with great quality

I love a few QOL improvements but the save button situation SUCKS. Already played 18 hours with in 3 days and lost half of it easily. I’m trying the wipe wild Dino’s every couple of days to see how that goes.

Theres a mod called "simple performance mod" or something like that, once you boot the game go into sp with the mod loaded, it will automatically put you a bunch of commands, game looks nearly identical but I have 40-50 fps now (PS5), if you wanna play something else the commands will stay even if you go to official servers.

I’ve been using this recently and I get 50-60 fps on places like the beach and 30-45 fps in places like the RedWoods. It’s definitely a must-have for console players.

The only way we got to get a true 60 fps on console is adding a framerate mode who down 4k to 1440P and turn off lumen(ray tracing) , and let a graphic mode for those who can play in 30 fps 4k, all console game do that...

Wish Wildcard would just optimize the game properly rather than having us do a bunch of shit just to get the game running smoothly. Went back to PC cause the game looked horrible on the Xbox X and S. Couldn't stand looking at the pixelated clouds. Hands down the worst looking game on Xbox. Edit: I also forgot to mention how everything in the game looks like wet clay. Evolved even looks better.
