Beardy, I'd suggest trying the Parking Brake mod for KSP on Space Dock, or at least giving it a look. It works well at stopping the sliding, especially on slopes.

Hey Beardy, there are a couple of mods out there that stop the "vessel sliding when landed" problem. The one that I like the best is called parking break, as it allows you to toggle it on or off, in case you do want to slide sometimes.

Yes, the series is a space race with two other KZbinrs. We aren't using a multiplayer mod, but instead we splice craft into eachother's save files when they are launched. I would recommend watching the playlist, which features videos from the other KZbinrs all in order :)
