Miniart Armoured Car PART II Chassis HOW TO EXPERT BUILD !

Lets start building this 1/35 kit from Miniart.
This kit is an advanced level build -- but it is not impossible ! So if you are interested in stretching your scale modelling skill set -- this is the way ! I will honestly say that a beginner would struggle... but also they would gain experience. So this video encourages those that want to develop a higher construction skill set to entirely break away from rigidly following instructions... instead you need to develop an approach that anticipates construction problems and over comes problem areas. With over 15 years experience I can guide you somewhat... but this really comes down to your own mentality and discipline...
In essence these things need to be followed with discipline:
1) proper tidy-up of parts
2) Continual dry fit of parts and sub assemblies
3) Solid and aligned construction joints
4) Anticipation of how the sub assemblies join together
This takes a lot more time than a standard build -- but YOU WILL LEARN SOMETHING !

I built the Ukrainian one when it first came out. It was a fun challenge. I will either do this one or the Japanese one next as both are in my stash. Great job on yours.

Thanking you Mark for this review and build, I'm nearly finished with my Miniart early Stug 'O' series a great kit and challenging no problem with fit of parts or the plastic as you mentioned the Plastic has been changed better than the old kits of there's. And I love Miniart Kits I will definitely be buying this one at some point soon . 👍😎

I managed to get a good worn effect on my seats with them scale.75 wood and leather paints and some AK transporator and a vallejo glaze for the layered dust effects on the floor turret mounts! I'm quite please with it and the way I've managed to get the worn wood flooring done using the birch colour wet blended over the Pannals it really does look like dried out worn varnished wood! I'm still pretty new at the weathering everything just now is an experiment to see what works so learning as I go but not sure what tone to.doo the tyres.

Worst kit ever!! Nothing fits, plastic soft as butter, crap all round. I've made a 100+ kits and this was my 1st miniart, I should've flushed my money down the shitter instead.

Lack of skill issue on your part I'm afraid... as the kit has none of these problems as demonstrated on these videos.
