One of the nitpicks that I have with USF4: the red focus attacks. What is the point in having red focus attacks when you already have regular focus attacks? That doesn't any sense at all.

Because the red ones have infinite armour and do far more damage?

Because it's a combo extender/punish tool. You can punish a one hit move with focus but moves that do more than one hit will break it If you red focus you can take however many hits as long as the move doesn't have armor breaking properties And red focus also causes immediate cripple. Giving characters extensions on their combos like zangief having a combo into a command grab/ultra You spend 2/3 bars for some enhanced properties.

I know this is a late reply but there is a shimmy aspect in sf4. Shimmying is used in most fighting games especially street fighter.
