I didn't realize that I was binding myself to different men every time I was in a dating relationship. I was not following what the Bible instructed and I believed the lies that was mentioned to me men and the devil. I am single and I made the decision 6 years ago to no longer have any sexual relations with a man until I get married. The Bible very clearly teaches that Consensual Sex is Marriage - aka you are already married to the fist man that you consented to have sex with. Once you repent, then you get baptised and then are a new creature in Christ, where you can then wait for a man who consents to spending the rest of his life with you, then you have sex, then you are married in the eyes of God. That's my thought exactly. God gave us this command for a reason. On a practical level, it helps to eliminate sexual urges from the equation. There are so many people that get married simply because the sex is good, but that is nothing to build a life or a future on. It also helps to discover liars, not just people that won't stick around. I'm a man and the two girls Tha tive previously dated were obviously looking for me to save them from their bad situations and move them into a nice house where they could be away from their family. We had established from the beginning that there wasn't going to be any sex until marriage, and then after they pressed the issue and saw I wouldn't budge, I caught them cheating. Tursn out if people want something other than sex from you, abstaining from sex just means they'll go elsewhere and make it easier to catch their infidelity.

Great message Allen. One other and most important regarding "sex" outside of marriage is the damage it does to children conceived. Many are foster and adopted. Not orphans but foster and adoption. It protects the entire persons!

I think he was saying for the single ppl the only way to not give into fornication is marriage as scripture states. But yes it complicated because ppl still lust in marriage. My life's experience has been incredibly sexually damaging. Damage in this area can never be fully overcome. This current culture is heinously damaging, especially to children. This is a battle because dealing with trauma is never ending and exhausting so even going to therapist it will not go with a snap of a finger and life doesn't make it easier too it can cause trigger which i am aware of it. Sorry but i am insulted with the question. Of course i go to therapist. I am dealing with trauma after all not general life problems or sins.

But if the source of the lust is not the natural desire for sex, but something else, something outside of that, then even marriage alone will not be enough to cure the lust, since the underlying factors will need to be addressed.

Love, compassion, and prayers are all we truly need. As a single mom, things have been tough on me. My husband passed years ago. I still miss him dearly. Both of my sons are autistic. I’m overwhelmed. Father God hear my prayers. Since covid I’ve been struggling to support my children and myself but my faith in GOD is strong! I lost my job for declining the vaccine. I’ve been struggling since. I declined because of my health conditions lupus, and heart disease. I tried to get my job back at Forsyth hospital but they are still wanting vaccinated people over the unvaccinated. I’m now waitressing Im thankful to be working but I’m not making nearly enough to get by. BUT! Even as I constantly struggle to pay my rent. And I constantly struggle to provide groceries for my children! I’m choosing to keep faith. Walking with faith is the most important thing us christian’s must do. So as I struggle I Thank you Heavenly Father and I thank you Yeshua I will keep faith! Amen! ❤

I love this video but have two issues. If soul ties exist, why did God never address his most faithful servants such as Abraham, Israel, and David for having multiple wives? Also what about individuals who have deceased partners? It seems a bit awful to word it as being disgusting for someone with a deceased partner to remarry and think about someone’s deceased partner and their intimacy? Would love if you could answer with another video!

May I throw out there for the abused: 1) it was absolutely NOT your fault or choice, hence 2) you ARE a virgin. Also, I'm so sorry💔💔💔 This messed up my mind so, so badly. Was molested basically almost my whole, non-existent, "childhood". I finally escaped with I thought were the leftover crumbs of my virginity just to then get freakin raped😡 That messed me up, and didn't help that I had no one to talk to about it. It took me a whole year to recognize that I was indeed raped and it wasn't my fault (due to being mentally messed up in the first place, and incorrectly assigning myself blame. Even though I said no over and over, I was beyond utterly exhausted from work. I had no fight in me, so I thought it was my fault 🙄). I share this because after getting raped, my brain just went, I guess that's all I'm worth. Can't date because all anyone wants is sex, so I guess I have to have sex to date. I was so mental and lost. Please let my experience be a little voice of sanity; the sanity I didn't have. It's not your fault. Even if your body responds, because it will do that anyway. That's not a fault on your part! The person doing things to you is responsible for their sin AND the sin they forced you to do! You are the broken window; you can't help that a thief broke in. Don't think like I did, and if you recognize this, repent, give it to God, and let Him heal you. Ask Him for a way out if you need that, and forgive yourself. Just thought I needed to share that. God loves you and you aren't a waste💝😇🙏 I repeat, GOD LOVES YOU! Hugs💖😇💝

I'm so so sorry. This is unfortunately more common than discussed in churches. I am still upset by the lack of ALL conversations around sexuality in churches. They wonder why there is are so many issues, so much misinformation being spread - but then don't ever address things. Sexuality is actually one of the most misunderstood parts of the Bible despite how often it gets talked about. It gets talked about it very general terms and basically it's just 'no sex before marriage' and that's it. No explanation for anything.

Thank you, brother. I have dealt with both sides. And, there was one I was dating who would try to give me lines like "what if we're not sexually compatible" which, quite frankly, is bull-oney. Another was "but we're getting married anyway" and even tried to promote getting married right away so we COULD have sex. And another topic related to the last point, there are times when married couples NEED to refrain from full-on sex, like at the end of a pregnancy, for at least 6 weeks after giving birth, when one is hospitalized, and so on. I am a cancer widow, and our last year, well, let's just say I learned to enjoy whatever kind of intimacy was possible, because he didn't have that sexual energy. So, future videos related to that would be appreciated. Thanks. Even for older folks who have been married before.

There are really some good thoughts here and I feel that christians often have a hard time talking about sexual pleasure, but nonetheless I feel like the most obvious thing is missing and that is - sex was created for procreation. I think you cannot talk about this topic without mentioning it. The Bible says that children are a blessing and I dare to say that this is the upmost blessing which crowns the reality of sex right next to spousal bonding.

Yet from Hebrews 13:4, we see that God attaches a condition for honour; the bed must be undefiled. Sexual immorality is what defiles marriage bed.

I think people might misconstrue the phrase "two become one flesh" as a soul tie. But it says one "flesh" not one "spirit" or "soul". In the mind of "nobody hated their own flesh" that is you care for one another as a unit, not that your souls are necessarily bound up. We're each our own soul; you can't drag someone's soul to heaven or hell with you. I will say that sex creates an extremely real physical, mental, and emotional bond- as it's meant to! - and it can *feel* like your souls are tied up together. It's meant to be a bonding agent between spouses, but it's just not ever referred to as a soul tying agent in the Bible.

I totally agree of the sensation of sex in a marriage, it's what it produces - precious children many of which are conceived via lust and infatuation and are not wanted, loved and care for. This many times causes a generation of the same and the goal of the enemy (Satan) is just what he wants to undermine the power of what builds a strong society.

This reminds me heavily of the premarital counseling my now wife and i went through a couple years ago. Our pastor actually emphasized the importance of sex within marriage obviously without delving too deep into the specifics as that would be a little odd.
