My Best was hitting the Grand for $15,900.00 on $2 bet on Spinning fortunes on Veterans Day 2020, but was too excited to record since I wasn't expecting it. When you least expect it is when you win. I was able though to win again on the same machine on a $2 bet for $6,000.00 a few weeks later and I was able to upload the last 3 games. Keep it up cause you don't have to be high to get the Grand or a great handpay.

"He" would be me! :) And the answer is.... Nope! "Stopping the Reels" has zero effect one the outcome, which would be exactly the same if you were to let it play out. Bedsides the instructions in most slots stating that very fact, if that weren't the case, you'd have professional slot players beating the system and that's not happening.

"Handpay" has come to mean a win of $1200 or more, which in the United States generally requires an attendant to come out and pay you by hand and issue a tax form. The attraction is, that you won a lot of money! You can offset your winnings with losses at tax time, so the tax hit isn't that bad and besides, it's overall a good problem to have. Hope that helps!

Yes, for most people you're better off being a little under or a lot over, although in my case I would rather have a video I can call a Jackpot and take any short-term tax hit. Now to be clear, everyone should be paying tax on ALL winnings, not just those Jackpots that cross the $1200 threshold. All in all, taxes are a good problem to have with Jackpots although I say that fully aware that what's being done is an unfair money grab, making slots an even worse play than they are. It's completely unfair and higher-limit players really lose even more because of it. Thanks for the kind words, too!

@@Thebigpayback You’re welcome. In Australia, no winnings are taxed and don’t have to be declared as income unless the winner gambles professionally. In terms of tax, my dad always said “if you’re paying tax, you’re must be earning money”, although our GST introduced in the year 2000 puts that saying to bed!
