It’s like a rule. To have someone their who applies nothing to the conversation, interrupts constantly, and be just genuinely unlikable the entire vid. People need to hear themselves talk it’s wild.

because this is more of a natural conversation between 3 friends than a formal or even casual podcast interview. it's obvious this episode was a genuine conversation than a typical Q&A podcast. lefkoe knows shaq and jason very well so there is no formality needed and natural conversation took over. is it bad for a podcast, sure to some, but i'd rather see 3 friends chop it up like they would without the cameras on.

I'd say JJ Watt also deserves a mention...if not specifically as an analogue to Shaq, at least as a "Center" that played football. Tall, dominating presence in your face that can just block anything and everything, with insane athleticism for his size. Tom Brady was literally practicing with tennis racquets in his face to prepare for facing Watt.

I actually think the closest SHAQ translation to the NFL was Lawrence Taylor -- LT was gifted, intimidating, mean, took opposition personally, was hard to coach, and had personal vices that made him great but taxed his career.
