Loved this! We’re 1st generation Christians. I started to grow an interest in the Lord after our first child was born 7 years ago and I’ve been quietly praying that my husband would gain an interest. I’m so excited to say that he has and we’ve started attending church as a family just in the last month and now he even requested a bible of his own. I loved hearing about how being the word works for you guys! I’m also a more typical study style, but my husband hates to sit and read and write for long lengths of time (he’s dyslexic so it doesn’t fit his learning style). I can’t wait to see how his relationship unfolds ❤️ Can’t get enough of these videos! Thank you for being willing to share your wisdom!

@@TheBigSkiFamily Try using the Heidelberg Catechism or the New City Catechism. When you are 80, you will be glad you did. I kind of make loving children today synonymous with catechizing them. It will protect them from the enemy, especially in their early adult years, in a way that nothing else can, over time. And will enlarge and deepen their worship and adoration... which is the whole point of everything. 👑

The Gospel was given to Jesus (peace be upon him) by God (as metioned in the Quran). However please be aware that the Bible we have nowadays has been altered loads and a lot has been taken out as well. Therefore it cannot be used anymore and we need to turn to the Quran for true guidance. And We sent, following in their footsteps, Jesus, the son of Mary, confirming that which came before him in the Torah; and We gave him the Gospel, in which was guidance and light and confirming that which preceded it of the Torah as guidance and instruction for the righteous. 5:46 Quran
