@@Joshua-re3xw It’s just the name for a style of music. I don’t know if this would be considered juju music (sometimes played in juju ceremonies 😅). However, juju in this context of Wande Coal’s song doesn’t necessarily mean nefarious activities. 😅

i´m a white german, i´ve never been to africa, but i listen to african music since i "accidentally" bought a record* on a flea market way back in the mid 70s - it sounded completely alien to me, but as i was curious i kept listening to it and got used to it and by and by started to love it - from then on i kept searching for african music - in those days it was almost impossible to find african music here in germany - at first a guy gave me a record with south african zulu jive, then by and by more african music came here since king sunny adé appeared in german telivision in 1981 - saw him live two times and then we had a wave of many, many great bands, musicians, singers, dancers - i went to countless concerts and was never disappointed - they were all gorgeous artists! one of my sweetest discoveries here on youtube was this one: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rJ2nmHppdrClg8U and now i´m here and this song here is haunting... :-) so i absolutey agree with your words, keep going! one love! love, respect and greetings from germany * i found "my" record from the 70s here on youtube - in case you´re interested - i still LOVE it... kzbin.info/www/bejne/fHK5eJyhj9R4l8U

Every year around October to Jan time I find myself binging on African music...guess it's a way of dealing with living in a north facing place in Ireland, which barely gets sunshine anyway... This is the most amazing song I've found on my binge this year. Absolutely obsessed with the vibe and spirit of it. Big Up Africa and her amazing musicians for helping a white boy get through these dreary winters!!! 🙏 One love

Selase Du Using that logic many songs across Africa are produced by Nigerians you know...does it become a Nigerian song. When I see these claims I always winded that it’d be nice to see a name, but it’s always the nationality. Why not promote these produces (if it’s true that is)?
