I can't think of any better assurance as a parent than knowing you have given your children a skill they can use the rest of their lives. There is no guarantees in this life that a college diploma is worth anything. But this type of skill will always he marketable. Good job Dad!

Beautiful job men! You really transformed the house back to the home it used to be! Sadly, not maintaining the house means that slowly the vision is lost and it becomes a tragic ghost of its former self. The basic structure may be good now but for how much longer before more serious decay sets in? I am glad you have given new life to the property.
