Exactly. At the very least the front yard. The tall grass is a snake magnet and if the property is vacant it is a squatters magnet. If they aren't caring for it are they paying their municipal rates? Can the city force foreclosure sale?

Welcome to Austun and the heat! The city here does not mow lawns as a practice. Only if it is in the road or some other hazard will they intervene. Also, if the land is outside the city limits, Travis County is then responsible. But the county has the same set of rules! Glad to see you used the weed eaters on the back yard!

Yeah welcome to Texas I think I warned you about this triple-digit heat that we have here in the humidity is no joke. There are quite a few lines that I can recommend to you guys I don't personally know the people that live there but they've been this way for quite a few years.
