One, the rental is an expense that can't be recouped. The other, a purchase is an expense that can be used as an income stream. Like the people renting these out for 5k a week to vacationers. I'm not dumb enough to subsidize someone else's purchase, sorry. I like real estate, it appreciates, not like these things that depreciate. An immense box built by non’ sailors and boaters. This big and all cheap ‘ design form before any functional considerations. No access on her side on the main deck forward and aft … really. This is a bloated craft that broadcasts fool’ in the water…. not that this monstrosity is going to g far. It has been designed and built by a team of 17 year olds apparently who have never been on a yacht. And the capper…. of course it is entirely black-gray-white like and any B’ or C’ office bldg. Ghastly.

This is freakin amazing until you have to clean up after a bunch of people before and after the big get together. See the guest have it made. All they have to do is show up, party and hit the road afterwards. Who's the first and last person on and off this damn thing? The owner. Trust me i know from having a cabin cruiser. Also i laughed so hard when someone would try and give me $20 for gas. Ummmm ok that won't even get us out of the cove. Haha

Beautiful boat. But, the one thing I have noticed with all of these house boats no matter the size. Very poor visibility from the helm and fly bridge. I would have to totally have that changed before I would even consider buying one.

Unless you have parties every 2nd day what a waste of space the upper level is. As far as the kitchen goes, who designed that cramped piece of crap ? 2 feet of room between the stove and the countertop. The bottom level is just as bad everything is so cramped for so much space available.👎👎
