I often re-watch the last video you had with Hong sharpening tools at the KW club. Very informative Nigel. Thank you.

That's chilly! Only time I've been in temps that low when I was at the top of the mountains in the French Alps

Very interesting, much simpler and more gentle than I’d imagined. Did the woman who was sitting at the end of the table able to get her shears sharpened or demonstrate she could do them herself? Hong seemed to ignore her and call out to Paul over her offer to have a tool sharpened. Thanks for keeping those not in your area included in your bonsai community!

Semi-local but still disappointed that both KWBS and TBS have gone back to in-person only. Couldn't make it to Kitchener this week, we were snowed in. Thanks for sharing.

Nice sharpening ideas. I was straight out to the van and got me some of the drywall sanding blocks and am now trying it out. 👍🇦🇺🦘

Oh the abrasive bricks are great. I use the brand sandflex, the fine grit option is almost identical to the Japanese bonsai tool erasers sold at 5x the price for 1/4 as much.
