Used to run a dump truck 16 hours per day. Clean every morning, as it was pressure washed off after fueling every night. All the other trucks were nasty even on Monday.

I have always loved big rigs, especially those that are working rigs and owners take car of them. You have one of the nicest day cab tractor. I noticed your interior cleaning process. Here is the thought from me as a classic car owner. Dry brush/vacuum for starters. Next spray your cleaner stuff and then soft brush what didn't come up. Use old beach towels or any cotton towel to finish up. Shop rags are do not hold debris or liquid. They only push it around. Finish up with your favorite interior dressing.....all new!

21 loads! That's makin' money for the company! The freezing rain in the beginning looked a little hairy, I don't miss that stuff. Good idea with the leaves to keep mud off the street. You must hate going to that C&D place (NAILS!) I understand using the barndoor on the demolition but was there a reason for using it dumping the load of stone or were you just showing us how it's done... I hear ya brother when I pulled end dumps some of the shit holes I pulled out of I washed my truck daily me as a owner operator I had a lot of pride for my sleeper cab Bulldog I worked her hard but I showed her a lot love quite a few people was jealous and I pissed a few off especially when a guy called my truck a garbage truck so I told him I was there to haul off all the trash setting around on the lot and his truck was going to be the first piece man that really hurt his feelings. It comes down to two things they can and they won’t and/ or their not able to. It’s was frustrating when you was in charge of fleets and you had to require a clean day/time just to get crews to clean there trucks and equipment. Other places guys just cared, Mike may your shifts be fast and your chrome be clean into the new year! Happy New Year!

I try to wash my truck once or twice a week, weather (Especially here in Maine..) depending. A clean truck keeps the company, the driver, and the equipment making the right impressions for our customers every time! I'm still trying to decide on a floor mat option.. There aren't any directly compatible with my rig (2021 WS 4700sf) so it's either but a set and cut to fit or figure something else out. Hmm... In 2005 I got a brand new black tractor. First week I had it in and out of keating in Acushnet. The tire washer would spray dirty water all over the truck and make it look like it was 20 years old. But they would pay us one hour if we wanted to wash it. A lot of guys wouldn’t take that hour then complain that my truck always stayed on the road . They called me a pavement Princess.😂. Yeah right

It seems like whenever I breakout our pressure washer,the next day I'm running into Benevento's pit in Wilmington, Ma. There are the absolute worst. Or our yard which isn't much better. We have an old pelican sweeper,but I'm the only one that knows how to run the damn thing. I try to keep my truck clean, but it seems like a losing effort. I try to clean it every now and again just to check for broken shit that the mud hides. One of our drivers won't even torch the pressure washer, he'd drive to Maine just to get his truck washed. He's got the newest truck,and it looks like a 20 year old.

What's the empty weights? Both the KW and aluminum trailer and the Superliner and trailer please? And what's your legal gross? Only 72000 in Illinois with 26 foot trailers. Excellent video, makes me miss dump trucking.

My empty weight with the Kenworth & Superliner hooked to my new East trailer are almost the same which is 33,000lbs. I can legally gross 99,000 on 5 total axles.

Its easier to wash it daily than leaving it weeks on end then give it a bath. Hauling demo is good for dents in the walls of the trailer. It looks like you're trailer has a plywood liner.
