I'm 150 for the second time, over 4000 hours, and still nothing remotely like TBM. Best single thing for me was weekly medals. Forces you to learn other weapons, do things you don't want to - it does hurt in the short term but you get XP points for levelling up and learn how to beat tanks, planes, horses etc. It's a long term investment.

A bad medic is one that stands right over ur body with literally no one else around, then runs away. At least broken is attempting to res which is so much more than the other medics that plague this game.
