Credit cards were a problem with my husband. He always paid the bill , but it was robbing us. It took a long time of prayer for him to cut them up and just used debit cards. This way we are not in debt to creditors. I know I need more self control in lots of areas. I need to control wasting time and spending too much on grandkids.

Hey just try one little step at a time and be kind to yourself, and don't be hard on yourself if you have lapses of your focus. And maybe if food is a problem then keep only good food in your house and eat lots of Healthy good food at actual meal times, so you feel full up, then just try to not snack and get regular movement like go for a little walk every so often and you can build up.. But keep all cookies and sugary snacks and drinks out of your house if you're trying to avoid them and drink lots of water that helps too..
