For the dumplings you must have put a bit more filling that's why it was chewy.. I have tried it and it tastes amazing 😋😍 try it again by adding more filling I am sure you will like it ❤

Janvi ur supposed to put a ring in the kadhai of water and then on that ring u put the steaming dish with the dumplings. We do this so that the water does not touch the dish.. just like we put the ring for steaming dhokla... this way they wont stick... ask aunty she will explain u❤❤
