He saw the 6 of clubs in that photo but really didnt see it. He saw the shapes of them. He was more looking at the baby and why the dudes eyes so widely open. His subconscious mind had 6 of clubs in his head. Im sure before the show he influenced more to make him pick 6 of clubs. The way he said it, like heard it or seem it recently.
