Since everyone is so vocal about their opinions on glitches I might as well say mine. I used to think that ladder launching, silent boarding and any other glitch is extremely unfair and should be bannable, but with time I saw that Rare is completely incapable of fixing them, while also actively working towards babifying PVP and ultimately the entire game for new players. And since nobody seems to share that ideology of mine I just completely stopped caring, and I will use anything to my advantage so long as it doesn't put my account at risk. I'm also ok with people using FOV now because Rare is intentionally choosing to not add it for no good reason despite what they're saying, even though I don't use it.

They have no anti-cheat or automated ban system so unless someone clips you moving at Mach 10 through the water and goes through the effort of submitting it to rare you will never get banned. Even then, the chances that rare acts on a cheating report is so astronomically slim I wouldn’t even bother worrying. You could send them a 30 minute clip of a 4 man galleon in a storm hitting every single cannonball on a sloop from galleon’s grave to dagger tooth outpost, they would not give a fuck.
