Crazy that the couple at the end didnt know how to make a deal. Ebay sold for 1130 but they dont understand the seller didnt take 1130 but much less than that. 1k in cash and no fees was a great offer and you did not low ball them at all. One thing i admire of you is that you stay firm but in a humble and kind way that doesnt show any disrespect. That couple lost for sure.

One thing that’s super annoying abojt the card community is ppl like that are probably new in the scene just purely in it for profit.. no idea what they’re doing just base everything off of comps or last sold. Think 1150 ebay means 1150 cash in person

$1130 at 13.25% eBay fee comes out to $980 and shipping risks. He was giving them $20 more. It was a fair deal. But I'm not entirely sure Dillon would have sold it either if he was in her shoes. There's an episode where he bought a card at $300 and minutes after sold that card for $390, asking price of $420. Video is called "Taking a risk on graded Packs | Los Angeles Collectacon..." at the 25 minute mark is when the deal goes down.

As soon as you said you did the crossover card review I knew none were gonna cross if they are still in the slabs. They grade way harsher imo when they are in a different slab.

It sucks that your other ponchos wouldn’t cross, but I think this is more of a realistic return/review from Beckett. I’m quite surprised that your last ponchos got all 10 and black labels because that’s really unlikely, but it was for sure amazing to see.

So curious about that Beckett Cross grading thing, you paid like $25 per card for them to grade it in the plastic, then they told you what they would've graded it, and then would you go back and pay additional for them to actually switch it out to their plastic casing?
