After nearly losing my life to addiction two days before Mother’s Day in 2010 when I was found unconscious, not breathing and blacked out on the side of the road , I truly believe God brought me back to life and back home to him. Persevere! Thankfully, He's the one who doesn't give up on us. "If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself." Timothy 2:13 God didn't give up on me and finally pulled me to Him last year after 40 years of me turning away His invitation to join Him. He spoke to me directly when I read, "Behold, I have set before thee an open door," from the Book of Revelation. He is the door and the one who knocks. We only have to respond. We have to allow the Father and the Holy Spirit to work in us first though to put us into that place where we can be drawn. This may take a while. Just keep turning to the Lord.

This touched me. I was raised in the church was a lead singer in a choir and walked away from the lord for years. I took a hard road steeped in addiction that landed me in prison in 2018 for two years do to multiple DUIs. But it was in that place that God called me back. These people are carnal Christians and I even think it's deeper than it appears. I believe they're devils or workers of darkness with the band name Cain. Either way I wouldn't promote them. These are the kind of people that lead others astray from the truth of Jesus to follow a plastic fake Jesus that's ok with being worldly and sinful. These people do not belong to Jesus. Now with that being said, there's nothing wrong with finding a good song to praise Jesus to...as long as it's ok with the Lord. I wouldn't recommend following a band or recommending a band to others without first because it could be used to lead them astray and that can fall back on you. With that being said, it's the last days, Jesus is coming. Spread the news. If they're in sin they don't know Jesus, if they still sin, they don't know Jesus, and if they remain in sin, judgement is coming for them. Be ready and watching, holy, righteous, resisting the devil, having no part with unfruitful works of darkness, serving the Lord in all holiness, laying your life down as a living sacrifice. Tell them to love their neighbor as themselves...to Love the Lord with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength and to hang on to Jesus with an iron grip walking according to His words and the epistles in that new testament. The first issue I have with what you said in your comment is what you said about the name of their band. Cain is literally their last name. They can't help what their last name is and sibling/family groups often name themselves after their last name (if you're familiar with Southern Gospel, a few examples of this are the Collingsworths, McKameys, Hoppers, etc.) Second, this song does nothing but praise and glorify God while simultaneously encouraging the listener. There is nothing satanic, demonic or devilish about this song. Third, you mentioned that they are trying to preach "a plastic fake Jesus that's ok with being worldly and sinful." If you took time to listen to their video describing how they wrote the song, you'd hear Logan give part of his testimony about becoming comfortable in his sin and how he didn't want to do that. Does that sound like they are preaching that sin is fine? On the contrary, the whole song is a cry out to God's people to "rise up" out of sin. I want to be clear, I do understand where you are coming from. I totally agree with you on the fact that we are absolutely living in the last days and that we should beware wolves in sheep's clothing. And yes, there are quite a few artists in Christian contemporary who I feel are not truly authentic. However, it is very un-Christ-like to accuse a brother or sister in Christ of attempting to drive people into a fake Gospel without proper cause or evidence. If you do feel that you have such evidence, you should approach your brother or sister in the love of Christ, not with a tone of superiority. I trust that you receive this comment as it was written; in humility and love. I would like to humbly remind you of Jesus' words in Mark 9 that I feel are very fitting to this situation. "But Jesus said, 'Do not stop him, for no one who does a mighty work in My Name will be able soon afterward to speak evil of Me. For the one who is not against us is for us.' " (Mark 9:39-40) I would like to end by just saying that I respect your passion against evil, always keep that. Just try to aim it at those who are actually against us. I know the lines can be blurred sometimes but pray for the Holy Spirit to give you discernment in these situations before you accuse someone of such grievous actions. Keep fighting the good fight, Jesus is indeed coming soon. God bless you!

THAT INCLUDES YOUR TV PREACHERS LIKR BILLY GRAHAM. THAT INCLUDES YOUR GOSPEL SINGERS LIKE CASTING CROWNS AND LAUREN DAIGLE. But I'm not here for a debate. I urge you to seek Jesus and you'll find out out that the deception isn't a little here and possibly a little there, the deception is all around and 90 to 99% of the people who claim Jesus don't know Jesus and that's a scary fact. And the devil is real and he has crept into the Christian system waaaaaaaay back before both of us were born. I understand wishful thinking but it's time to wake up to the facts: the devil is real and the so called christian system is are up with devil and for the most part ran by the devil. Take what I say to Jesus if you want and ask Him to confirm it. We're far in the falling away. Completely apostate...and the devil's running a muck. But I tell you what's up if you don't receive that then there's nothing I can do for you.
