A little tip man, install a cut off switch between battery and winch, stops people who have same winch using control to play with your winch. They cant make enough different codes to stop them.

@@Thecampman_Camping-Australia lol 100% I'm planning on a month trip across the Simpson and to the Finke race, so I'm working most weekends getting it done, the DC DC charger will do me well as we will be travelling most days my shitty kings 200w keeps the Battery going but never fully chargers it, but yeh I have heaps to do, I was the one a while back that lives on Townsville and keen to meet you up crystal but obviously we been both busy but still would be awesome to meet you one day

That sounds like a good trip man. That will sort the system out.. way to go, like ya said, more driving so better to have a decent DC-DC charging onboard. I stay put for a while, so I pretty much do the opposite. Yeah I remember that, I actually haven’t even made it back up that way yet. But I think in a couple more weeks I’ll be camping there for a few nights or so. See how I’m traveling. But if I do and the stars live up, ya more than welcome to pop out.
