I love the in between bet. Unlike other side bets, the potential of a 1:1 payout makes it more about the actual game. And with a potential of 30:1, you can still hit a decent amount

If you are flat-betting similar bet amount all the time, over the long run you are bound to lose to the house. The average shoe will give you more losing hands than winning ones. You have to lower the house advantage by varying your bets amt by pulling down on your bets in a bad stretch and pressing them when the good hands are rolling (which are usually fewer). Seeing Seth bet $100 throughout the whole game (except for doubles), I'm not surprised at all that he lost it all at the end. His was a classic live example of what flat-betting in gambling will end up like.

Speaking of missed opportunities, Seth, if you don't have an agent already, WTF are you waiting for?! In life, as in blackjack, you have to make the most of what you've got. I worked in TV/movies for decades, and my bet is they could use you. No offence to your buddy! As for the session, your money, your choice, and it was brutal. 1st base bets for Matt were +46 vs -57, and overall you won 56 bets and lost 84. JC on a bicycle! I'll run Matt's 1st base bets through the pattern betting machine and report back (but I guarantee the profit will be more than $15). Thanks for the content. Played along with my system and was sitting +$600 per hand at the end of the first shoe!! After the second shoe I was at +$2,300 Profit per player!! Pattern betting delivered a win of $2,775 against the same 1st base outcomes with action totalling $19,350 (+14.3%). Maybe think about not pushing your luck next time? Multiple bets might be fine if you're enjoying a hot streak, but against the crap that came at you this time, why would anyone want to make bad luck even worse? But as always, your money, your call. I don't touch the PB algorithm, by the way--I just key in your wins and losses and the formula does the rest. If I don't like what it tells me, I have to lump it. Thanks for the content.
