THE BAPTISM OF JESUS IN THE JORDAN
John the Baptist, is shocked because he recognizes Jesus as the sinless Lamb of God, mightier than he, and feels unworthy to baptize Him. “I need to be baptized by you, and yet you are coming to me?” John’s shock mirrors Peter’s disbelief when Jesus reveals His Passion and insists on washing Peter's feet. "Allow it," Jesus commands. This divine submission shatters our human pride. We stumble over God's humility, yet it is here that true righteousness is fulfilled. God's justice does not measure and punish but loves, forgives, and unites. True justice is not about human pride or judgment but about love, mercy, and forgiveness. Let go of human pride and follow Christ’s example of humility. Stop thinking like men, and start thinking like God...
THE WEDDING FEAST AT CANNA
"Do whatever He tells you." This command from Mary encapsulates the heart of true discipleship. At the Wedding Feast at Cana, we see Jesus responding with an abundance that exceeds all expectations, transforming water into the finest wine. Mary, with her complete trust, presents a perfect model for our intercessory prayer. When we, like her, lay our needs before Jesus without dictating the outcome, we open ourselves to His boundless generosity and wisdom. Even when we have solutions in mind, we must learn to step back, trusting in His perfect will. Stop clinging to your own solutions; they are limited. God’s answers are boundless and surprising. When you truly let go, you open the door to peace, even in trials. His will, not yours, will unfold, bringing light, insight, and grace beyond your imagination.
THE PROCLAMATION OF THE KINGDOM
God calls you at every hour-tirelessly. Just like the vineyard owner, He seeks you out again and again. Are you responding? Or are you waiting for a more convenient time? God’s generosity surpasses human logic. He rewards not based on hours worked but on the heart’s openness. Be like God: always go out, never stay locked in. The Church becomes sick when it stays within; it must risk accidents for the sake of the Gospel. Your merit is not in longevity but in your willingness. Embrace God’s call, reach out to the lost, and rejoice in His boundless grace. Remember, in His Kingdom, the last will be first. Go to the peripheries, and live in the joy of being chosen by God. In His Kingdom, the last are first, and all is grace.
THE TRANSFIGURATION
"Do you see? Christ is transfigured, His divinity shining through His humanity. This is not a time for comfort, but for conversion! The Apostles tremble, overwhelmed by His glory. So must you tremble, knowing the heights you are called to. 'Listen to Him!' God commands. His path leads to Calvary, and so must yours. Don’t seek an easy life; seek a holy one. Let the light of the Transfiguration burn away your complacency. Embrace your daily cross with the certainty that His light dispels all darkness. "Listen to Him" - in every whisper of your conscience, in every cry of need. Be not afraid of the cross, for beyond it lies the glory of the Resurrection. Listen to Him, and let His brilliance guide your every step.
THE INSTITUTION OF THE EUCHARIST
Jesus, on the night before His Passion, left us His real presence in the Eucharist-Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity. His love is so immense that He found a way to be both with the Father and with us. Do we grasp the magnitude of this gift?...
Our response must be unwavering: attend Mass with devotion, receive Communion with a pure heart, and visit Him frequently in the Tabernacle... How can we leave Him alone? Our devotion must be precise and heartfelt, like Mary’s, who, though unseen, was always near her Son... Demand more from yourself becouse in loving Christ, there is no room for mediocrity.
