Listening to this you have to think there's no big name band that's creating this, not a band that's known throughout the world. Yet this is one of the purest, very best moments in rock that has ever been shared between band and audience in my opinion. Incredible!

I found interpol before this band and TOTBL will always be an amazing record but you're right and now I honestly love the Chameleons first 3 records more than anything Interpol has done tbh

I'm 58 and was lucky enough to see them in San Francisco, in a club on Haight Street called The IBeam, in the 80's, for their first tour, I think... They were just tremendous, and such nice guys. If Brian Raffy, the DJ and Big Boss hadn't shut off the sound, after telling them several times that the club had to close, they would have played all night long... Time goes faster than memories...

An absolutely amazing band. . .the way it is here/ perfection/ all the albums done by them. perfection/ was always a bit hard after that to take all the other versions/and bands/ but as it is here. . .never better. . .even if you do such once in a lifetime/ make such a sound/ a lot is to be said for that/ so we have all these videos and recording to savor a sublime and beautiful time/
