Saw Clarence and RBR perform at the El Mocambo in Toronto - circa 1982. Met Clarence coming out of his bus, shook his giant hand and had him sign my copy of BTR. Great memories

I was in the gym in Sacramento and saw the Big Man lifting with his trainer. I nodded and Clarence waved me over. I told him what he meant to me. I got in early right in front of his spot on the stage. During Promised Land, he walked right up and tapped his chest and smiled. God I miss him
