Thank you Melissa, I just love the visits with Cathy and Mike, it's so refreshing. They are so real, like you, and your mum shops like me. I can sympathise with Cathy, it is terrible when pain stops you doing things you used to find so easy. After 6 months of hospitals, drugs and tests they have finally found out what has been making me ill and caused all the swollen feet and ankles. For the 1st time in 8 yrs I've got normal feet and ankles and hoping now my legs will go down too 😂😂😂😂😂. It's so easy to see why you are so incredible Melissa, your amazing family. That's tape I buy for my store and that tape works really good. You just pull a piece off, put it at 1 end of the box and pull it over to the other end of the box, and then cut it off and do that throughout your taping. That tape is cheaper, and it's just as good as any tape that you get at Walmart or Home Depot or Staples. your mom Actually, did good use that tape. It's really easy to use. you just pull off a piece and then when you go to close it, you just fold it over so you know where you started the next time you us it , but it actually saves you a lot of money a lot of time and it works really good. You are suppose to put the nasal inhaler thing up inside your nose and hold the other nostril closed and breathe in deeply then switch out and do the other nostril. I have problems with my nose getting stopped up all the time, and the only thing that I have found that ALWAYS works , even when I'm sick is VICKS Sinex Severe moisturizing ultra fine mist nasal spray. I've tried getting the Equate brand at Walmart which has compare to Vicks Sinex nasal spray, and other cheaper brands that say they are like the Vicks spray, but they aren't! I think it has something to do with the menthol scent Vicks has!

Could be worse! I remember when my niece and my cousins kids were toddlers 6 of them all got a baby doll that did cheers they each got a different one and they kept making them go off! I'm like it's your own fault for buying them! I think their mom's by the end of the week took the batteries out because they were so annoyed by it. Then the kids learned the cheers and would try and make a dance to them! They all were ages 2-5 o
