I tried it too but my calculations never went deep enough; especially calculating defenses

On the second puzzle, first thing I saw was g4, Be4, then I stopped calculating because there are too many options that I'm not sure which one is best, and I'm lazy to calculate lol! Can't believe none of you considered Bd4, and I thought g4 was very intuitive for attacking player like you, Zach! 🤔🧐 Hmmm

Hey can you make a video on Vasyl Ivanchuk vs Garry Kasparov Linares 1991 Game 1. The way Ivanchuck demolished Kasparov is both instructive and perfect for your videos. The ending position where every single piece that Kasparov has is trash is truly sensational

@@juanwaffle1 The letters and numbers are present in mine too. The red line is just for design I guess. I don't think it's modified.

I have this book. Didn't actually like it as some of the solutions are subjective (differences between best and second best move were minimal or the resulting position was unclear to the average club player) and in other examples the opponent assists the author with errors to make the solution work. Decent book but I was surprised that the puzzles weren't better curated. I solved about 50 of the puzzles before I got fed up with it and moved on to another book.

Reminds me of a video I saw of a guy who saw a job as saying,"Account needed: 1600$-1800$." He then called the number and said ,"the answer is -200$. You don't need an accountant for that. " The owner was speechless🤣🤣🤣
