Let’s be honest… even the games the hawks have won in the past weeks, it was the goalies who have literally done the equivalent of parting the red sea is what won them. If either goalie brings an A- game the hawks are toast

On Mario's point about keeping guys in for Stats to hopefully trade them. Other than Hall and Danato you're not getting anything better than a 5th round pick from anyone else. So what is the point of keeping those guys in the lineup. I'd rather lose one of the depth vets if it means we get young guys who are gonna try coming up.

I'm not buying the whole "it's the veteran players that are the problem" argument. There is something else that is fundamentally wrong with this team. You fire Richardson and you get the exact same results with a replacement. To me, that means it's not coaching. If it's the Vets, then why are the young players playing just as bad? The issue might be lack of team chemistry or perhaps in-fighting? Maybe the Vets are trying too hard to make the big play rather than right play, but I'm not seeing this. Not sure what the problem is, but there are most likely several contributing factors
