I just discovered this yesterday early morning and couldn’t stop watching until I found myself having to wait for the premiere of Season 2, Episode 5. I’m glad to know seven seasons will be in the works and I am over the moon just thinking about it. I’ve already shared it with countless friends and family. May the Gospels reach all who watch this with a heart searching for the Truth.

Viewing Jesus this way is so very rewarding. How he shows his incredible love for everyone. How he is received those whose hearts were so ready for Him to be there. The children are not unlike children today. I have great grandchildren and just a few days ago the 2 year old said grace at lunch. His mom said the words a d he repeated. The words were very child like. The closing words were Jesus I love you. He reminded me so much if the children Jesus was teaching in season 1. They were so open and honest and so very trusting of Him. It so reminded me of work I have to do. To show Christ in my life to others is our priority. We are forgiven sinners. Such grace He shows us as was depicted in this beautiful series.

I've always believed in the father, even though I cannot see him in my heart he is ALWAYS WITH ME...HE IS IN EVERYTHING!!! Guess I'm just not explaining my self right. Whether or not they all are IAM doesn't change my belief in all three....I appreciate your response & your time, it was simply a question, not in anyway a problem with my belief....when a human man & woman on Earth have a son, is not that son a part of his Father? The only difference is that thier mother. Was not immaculate!!! I never meant to stir people up, just wondered if I was alone in my thinking that the holy Trinity is also IAM? Never expected that people would think I have a problem believing in them all....I can't see Jesus either ....But I KNOW that he IS coming!!! I love ABBA & that my being sorry I was raised without a father was never the truth....I have ALWAYS had a father....the day I realized that my life changed forever! I choose to call him ABBA because in my heart it is the equivalent of "daddy" & I never had that in human terms. He is my father & I am whole in knowing that Father, Son & Holy Spirit have never been a problem....I have no need to see him to believe, I see his works everyday & rejoice in it. People debate on his name but is more important to understand who he is, our father will glorify his name on his day. I love this words & Psalms 27, have an amazing Saturday :) Isaiah 48:17 This is what Jehovah(יהוה‎/YHWH) says, your Repurchaser, the Holy One of Israel: “I, Jehovah(The Father), am your God, The One teaching you to benefit yourself, The One guiding you in the way you should walk. 18 If only you would pay attention to my commandments! This show is fantastic. I love how they bring everyone to life and show them as real human beings, flaws and all. (Except for Jesus of course as he was perfect). But I love how they show him laughing, crying, happy, sad...this show brings me even closer to God 🙏🏻 And Jonathan is just so amazing playing the role of Jesus, in fact everyone is amazing in their roles. I am Christian, my friends told me to. Watch this early part of this year but, until just this month I had come down with the plague of the cornavirus, then I did have an opportunity. God showed me to slow down, get healed, to be thankful my health which is strong from our Lord. It's not that I don't understand that, but it's exactly the union of the Father ,son & holy spirit as a union that has always made me wonder? You have not one without the other...simply put the holy Trinity...IAM! So hard to express my heart sometimes....the holy spirit guides me everyday, I talk with the Messiah all day & God is with me wherever I go! I have never denied God the father or Jesus the son of man...or the holy spirit!!! I convien with all three daily!!! It was never my intention to upset or make people think that I'm not fully familiar with scripture. My question,was simply that...a question! Wether the holy Trinity & the term IAM are not inclusive with each other changes nothing in my heart or mind....I'm deeply in love with all three, again it was simply a question that has been on my heart for yrs, how easily it has upset so many of you???!!! I thought it was a safe place to simply ask if anyone other than myself has considered it to mean the same as FATHER,SON & HOLY SPIRIT....Are they not all connected? It has no bearing on my beliefs nor does it change ANYTHING! It was simply a question. It's been on my heart for a reason, it was never intended to offend anyone, let alone lead you ( as a whole) to think I don't know & understand scripture. Big reason why I love THE CHOSEN!!! it allows us to see our savior Christ Jesus, laughing, joking & dancing...all emotions & feelings God has given us as humans....why wouldn't Jesus have the same joy , sense of humor & sometimes anger. I know that any son born is a part of his Father....does anyone see where my curiosity is coming from? He was sent by God through a clean ( virgin) to be more relatable to us all. Not a burning bush that we could not even gaze upon....God loves us that much!!! A teacher so wise & kind & happy to tell us all the good news & follow him...along with the holy spirit & God himself. No one gets to the Father except through the Son. I wish I could explain better why I feel this expression of IAM without such Judgement....in the end it was simply a question...I truly didn't need in all CAPS reminders of scripture. Most of you possibly missed the simplicity of my question. No question is a dumb one...come to me as children says he! Again just a question. Was never meant to upset or hurt anyone & wow it's astounding how many out there think they have all the answers. With him there will always be mysteries that we are not get privy to. The Chosen has helped so many of us to see Jesus in a way that we have desperately long for as we sought Him out. Challenging and redefining point of views that were limiting & confining our understanding of Jesus. Helping us to him as the Lord has always intended. And not just someone floating on a cloud separated from us. I really talk about everything with Jesus. Even my wedding dress for the Big Day, Rapture I discussed with Him. I always say to every one, when we go to a party we always discuss what to wear. I,ve just finished watching from eps 1 to 8. I just wondered in the first time why i watching this film .and makes this film the best for my heart and mind. And i always told people that THE CHOSEN is very recomended when they wanted to see Jesus's Film. And i will tell many more. It not just for Fun seeing or watching but for Our that would be impact in our main life. And important to learn more about Jesus and His disciples. Well Catholics do pray to Mary and nowhere in the bible are we instructed to pray to her. There is one mediator between God and man and that's Jesus Christ. Praying to Mary is the same as praying to any other dead person. A true born again believer filled with the Holy Spirit would blaspheme God by having him praying to a mere human. I see more Carholics with images of Mary, yet Jesus is barely mentioned. Many Catholics have shrines of statues at home which they pray to and kiss. Could there be some Catholics who are saved, of course but the vast majority aren't and the way they live their lives show that they are only practicing religion and dont have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Mary is barely mentioned in the bible, in fact when Mary was outside waiting for Jesus, Jesuus said "Who is my mother". Where in scriptures does it say that Mary or anyone else can hear our prayers? This means that Mary is all powerful like God to hear the prayers of millions which is blasphemy. I can pray for people because I'm on earth and I'm indwelled by the Holy Spirit and not dead. No Holy Spirit filled believer would have the living God praying to Mary. Believers who have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ know that we can ask the Father for anything and he will do it if it's his will. Mary was a mere human, God alone is to be venerated and praised. Seek Jesus before it's too late, religious traditions wont save you. While he was still speaking to the people, behold, his mother and his brothers stood outside, asking to speak to him. But he replied to the man who told him, “Who is my mother, and who are my brothers?” And stretching out his hand toward his disciples, he said, “Here are my mother and my brothers! For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.” (Matthew 12:46‭, ‬48‭-‬50 ESV)

But that would also require that Jesus work wasn't under the curse and he would bnever have sweat to produce. Could be that Mary didn't feel pain but that is not something God had the witness acounts of Jesus life reveal. The idea that anyone knows she didn't have pain seems to be a mater of confidence in self not a confidence in God. One day we will see him face to face and then we can know these things.

My favorite character is Matthew. Me being diagnosed with aspergers, I saw a lot of myself in him. I very rarely see such accurate representation of autism on TV shows, let alone someone so similar to myself. So when I saw his social interactions with others, and saw how he stimmed when overwhelmed, I immediately fell in love with his character. I pray that this show touches other people the way it has touched me. I can't wait to see season 2!!!!

I think so many people get rapped up in which church institution they should go to that they forget, that the church is the people not the building. Not that the people can't go to a building to gather, but that the building is just a place of gathering nothing more. My family and I have been moved by God to grow a deeper relationship with our Christian brothers and sisters. More than the once a week clock in clock out, and I think that the chosen shows this message beautifully. I can agree with each of the comments shared by the members of this group from their church. Having been born to Christian parents and being part, since birth, of a church who believes in and worships and serves the Lord, I have been taught the scriptures and the nature of God ... and been nutured as a believer my entire life. At 66 years of age, The Chosen opened me up to know Jesus even greater as my Brother and Friend .. and has drawn me to reread scriptures and learn anew. I am very thankful for Dallas Jenkins and his wife Amanda listening intently to God and obeying in the vision God gave them of creating this series ... and also to all those un every role and aspect involved in each detail of the creation, production and distribution of this phenomenal personally spiritual gift and powerful evangelistic tool that has so quickly and safely spread to every country (especially those that have banned Christianity.) It is such an honor to Pay It Forward for others all over the world to be able to see and hear this series, and for so many of many languages to hear the words spoken in their native tongues. I recently paid it forward again to help the translating and dubbing team be able to produce it in even more of the languages in this world. If you want to feel blessed, share this with others. We are extremely close, I had dreams last night 26/8 Philippines time ...after 12 midnight, I dreamed a whole range of relatively short dreams, in between these dreams of different scenarios, a same "calendar day page" popped up in front of me, like being taken from an agenda...the date was still "one and the same" date, and in the dream(s) I did not relate that date to anything...some other person near me in the dream, had the same problem, and I recommended that person to delete it (as if it was projected by some computer ) It kept on popping up though.. Date was: October 31. 2020

I picked up the Bible on Easter and have never put it down. I was never one to pay attention when mom took me to church, mainly cause I was still a kid and only cared about sports and how I could get better at that. As of recent I can’t put the Bible down and I’m watching more and more of live ministries and listening to Jesus’s word and looking for more answers. Then I came across this series and it’s game over for me. I love god, I love Jesus Christ my savior. I’ve been through so much in my life and never turned to the Bible because I felt I had broad shoulders and could carry the weight. Oh how I was wrong. I would rather watch the chosen over anything else that would be on tv. The emotional feeling you get from all the actors let along how Jesus is portrayed is unbelievable and highly convincing. Thank you for that. 🙏🏼
