Just curious me and my wife have been wanting to plan a trip to Japan for a bit now to check out the car culture ! I was wondering if there is any online Facebook groups or websites that post about car meet ups or race events? I would love to see the kanjo experience but since I don't know anyone there I probably would just have to go to public drift events etc. Just would love to plan some things before I book a plane ticket !

one question, theres almost none civic eg9/ ferio out there ? Mainly see eg6s on japanese videos. Here in Portugal we have way way way more eg9s than eg6s. EG6s here are the super super rare civics
@THECHRONICLES2 жыл бұрын
I’m not sure what the question was but yeah there are hardly any modified eg9/ferios here

@@THECHRONICLES sorry haha it was not that clear. But you answered me :D thanks. Looks like its an European thing to mod ferios, since its what we have.

I’ve always looked at tucked engine bays as non-functional. Some look good, but a cleaned up and properly wrapped wire harness looks good and functional to me. Do many daily driven/tracked Japan cars tuck the harness or is it kind of a show thing only?
@THECHRONICLES2 жыл бұрын
Hard to say. It really just depends on preference. Some race cars run standalone engine management systems that require custom engine harnesses so those are usually pretty clean and tucked away. Some don't have the money to get a custom harness, some don't care. There really isn't a specific show or race "thing" to it that makes it that black and white.

Is there a reason most Japanese shops have green floors?

I think because most of these buildings are zoned for industrial or warehouse space so they designate these builds by making the floors green.
