Try plain popcorn for the heartburn. It works like a charm. I used to take Prilosec and once I got the popcorn thing going on, I have almost never had heartburn again. It seems to balance the stomach biome. 😊

I lived on Melanta while pregnant with my 2nd child. I checked into deliver weighing 3 lbs less than I was pre pregnancy and once she was born I was 40 lbs lighter. It was a horrible 9 months. My hands went numb, heart burn, sciatica pain, you name it. Hang in there.

As a suggestion instead of taking the girls older toys to Goodwill find a Woman's Pregnancy Health Center or Pregnancy Home and offer the toys to them and then they will give them to families that need them and cannot afford to buy toys for their children.
