Sir Extremely valuable & useful information, in a very simple way. Hats off; keep it up, Honestly it's most helpful to mass of people those who are willing to start construction of their homes & most of them are layman & innocent in this field, don't know even A B C D & be cheated by their contractors. Sir, i am constructing new house in which have asked to my builder two new 9’ x 9’ 2 pillars and builder is quoting 50 thousand for two pillars form footings to slab level . Can help me how much I can pay him. Steel rod is 12mm x 4nos , rings is 8mm.

Sir, at today's wages just excavation alone will cost 4000 rupees, as one male labourer and 2 female labourers will take Rs 800+ 1200 ( 2 females @600/- per day. So they will take 2 days to excavate atleast. That means Rs 4000/- . Same way shuttering costs also rise, when you include tempo charges ( or goods auto) of bringing in the shuttering materials, and also tempo charges again when taking it back. That up and down cost might add 1000-1200 rupees. Plus you need to fill up the excavated pit again. Again similar labour costs. So in the final analysis, i expect the final cost to go near Rs.16000-17000, which is more realistic.

You can use JCB for excavation and soil filling it will cost you way less than labour.

1250 square feet ka liya Kon sa steel rod use Kara 12mm thik Raha ga ground floor or fast floor 18 clome 10"×12" ( pillar) 12mm 6 ta kora diya che thank you sir
