Nice video. Many students fail to realise that CGPA is the easiest and most time effecient way to judge a student fairly for any company. And the sad part is many freshers turn to their immediate seniors (who would be at the start of 2nd year) for guidance, and they wouldnt realise how important cgpa is untill they hit the end of 2nd year.. at which point it already becomes too late to guide your juniors

Same here Deevankshu bhai . My seniors told me are tension mat lo . Maje karo abhi time hai. I think that is the worst mistake done by any fresher. Kabhi bhe apne ek saal bade seniors se advice nahi leni chaiye. Only 3 year or 4th year student se advice lena he sahi lagta hai muje Just because woh din bhar regret hota ki kash starting mein yeh kar lete 😅 Summary= Dont ask your college professor or your senior's for advice. They always told you not to worry . Your new and abhi bahut time hai. Only take advice from super seniors or from guy's like Deevankshu bhai ❤

I am a 4th year student of engineering now and i can tell that cgpa is very important i also have 15 backlogs currently so yes having good cgpa with no backlogs is a must in engineering if you want to get shortlisted for interviews and get internships because currently with my cgpa which is below 4 i am not even getting internships let alone getting placed😢

Im from Tier-3 clg and my cgpa was 9.01 upto 4th sem and it dropped to 8.91 in 5th sem , as I am below 9 , to mujhe aisa lgta hai ki mujhe ab skills pr focus krna chaiye . I have trust ki max to max agr drop hua to 8.75 tk hi jayega , usse neeche to jayega nhi. And also i am below 9 , so me and the guy who has got 8.01 are equally treated , so mtlb nhi rahega. I am a civil Engineering student from a small private college. Ever since my school years i was a below avg scoring student (not because i was bad at studies but i used to be so scared of teachers and bullies that i used to skip classes to avoid them... this went on till my junior college years) and right now i am at final year and bearing the wounds of 9 backlogs ( which i managed to clear, thankfully without a YD) Cuz i hated the fact that i got this small college and i was very disappointed so again i stopped attending college but my performance just got better somehow. I have an internship at hand as of now. this is a small survaying company and they are offering 15,000/month and i am happy with it. I just wish i had enough confidence and guidance back then.
