Here are mine… 1. Bring in a true TE1 2. Bring in a true CB1 3. Find a quality receiving RB to share time with JT 4. Bring in a younger more legitimate QB to compete with AR. 5. Get extra draft capital for the 2026 draft via trade downs in 2025 draft. (Need insurance with added ammo in case need to go get new QB in 2026.)

It's funny how we as fans know the moves that the Colts to improve the franchise but Chris Ballard has a history with not doing the things that will obviously improve the Colts

We need Justin Fields because he is mobile, and the offense and play calls wouldn't have to change much.

What scares me is that we can continue to say that it is a do or die year. But who’s to say that we’re actually gonna fire Chris Ballard next off-season. We thought that this year.

I’d love to say completing the offense to as high of a pedigree as possible would help the Colts but a challenge of this offseason is I think a lot of fans believe the defense should have more new starters than returning I’m confident there can be day 1 contributors in this draft class to help the roster but you both said it best: it was a position the Colts got into from a lack of new contributing veterans

Colts need to sign a proven TE and draft a top tier TE. Sign a run stopping box safety and re sign Blackmon to backup Cross. New scheme that doesn't have our DEnds dropping in coverage and our corners 10 yards off should help out existing 1st and 2nd round pass rushers.

Alec Pierce couldn't improve without a QB that is capable of getting him the ball... Minshew was a pedestrian midrange passer. He doesn't EVER attack down field...
