Helen, I always love your videos. The need for routine isn't necessarily unhealthy. It can be a sign of a neurodivergent brain. Of course, it can be good to be flexible. But I feel it's best to respect our need for routine rather than label it unhealthy.

(Not sure if thats the correct word) Remember to give yourself grace. We are always hardest on ourselves. Meetings and trips to conferences are part of your job. They are definitely work. (Maybe I should have numbered my thoughts) I am excited about the new seals and envelopes! I am a fan of the envelopes and went bananas hunting for one I thought I lost. My order from your birthday special just arrived today! What you do is work! Sure some luck was involved, but that in no way discounts the creativity, intelligence, talent, bravery, and effort that you poured into your career so far and will need to keep pouring into it in the future. Being able to rest when necessary is essential. Rest isn’t sloth. I hope you and your routines find a place of peace. Routines are great in theory, but I’ve seen the flip side and they can be problematic as well. Especially in a society that worships “busy” and “productive” and doesn’t value “balance”it can be difficult to express. Balance is important. I hope you find yours. 🎂 🎉

Routine is great coz you don't need to put in thought to think of things to fill time, & keeps you productive, but too much is unhealthy & cause anxiety for things that may happen unexpectedly. I get agitated when my routine is disrupted & it runs my day.
