I just came back from a 4 day trip to Vegas and had dinner at Amalfi after watching your previous vlog. Nice! I do a lot of shore fishing, but there’s a lot of coral 🪸 out here so we use a method called sliding. Essentially casting out a large weight that is meant to “breakaway” and sliding your bait down to the weight. (Check out the Australian slide rig on KZbin if you’re unfamiliar) It’s alot of fun and I’ve had some success getting sharks, but no big fish yet. I did a few charters and caught some Mahi Mahi, Tuna and Marlin, but my goal is to land a big amberjack from shore. We also do a lot of “whipping” and have tons of success getting the smaller stuff. Honestly though, even if I’m not catching, a day out fishing is a good day in my book.

Popular fishing in the UK is normally either in the lakes catching fish like carp or my favourite would be sea fishing catching mackerel/conger eels but something I haven’t done in such a long time! A great finale guys. Lucky with the wins and the Triple Cherry Old Fashioned at Resorts World has me jealous. We really enjoyed the series and can relate to the diversity of your planning vs winging it. We always plan some meals, some activities and fly by the seat of our pants the rest of the time. We try to find 4 or 5 new things to try each trip. My wife has adopted the daily budget theory for our next trip. Apparently my 1am trip to the ATM is not appreciated by her or my retirement advisor. haha. The County Fair really made an impression on you as you were throwing around 'I Reckon' like nobody's business in #7. Have a good couple of months, be safe and stay cool. I know what you mean with the dinner plans and feeling rushed. I can't tell you how many reservations were blown because I was having fun and just didn't feel like going back to my hotel/changing etc. Aft looks fun after a few hits of acid :P. Me coming home with half the cash I bring is a win in my book considering all I get up too, lol.

This is a great series to watch. I watch almost all the Vegas channels, but found this one entertaining. I have a 7 day trip to Vegas this month, and I'm going to try your envelope organizer strategy. I tend to just bring all my cash and stuff it in my pocket, then gamble wildly. But being more organized might help me keep track. Thannks for the Vlogs!

We are just waking up this morning, in Vegas, in the Cosmopolitan and our plans are to head over to the Wynn for some drinks and slots 😆 We stayed at Wynn on our first trip and it was lovely, we had comped nights from the Wynn Slot app. Would love to stay again and we agree it’s one of our favorites, if not favorite property in Vegas

A must try cocktail at the Cosmopolitan is the Verbena. It’s not on the menu. It’s a secret cocktail. You can’t get it at the casino level Chandelier bar. You can only get it at level 1.5 and level 2 of the chandelier bar. It’s $18 and it’s a very cool cocktail. Get it the next time you two are in Las Vegas

We will be getting off strip for a night next trip, possibly downtown, possibly Red Rock. A stay at Circa is definitely something we’ll be doing in the future. Love, love, love that property.
