Great tutorial! I used Rollo branded labels when I first got my Rollo. I just ordered new labels, but they aren't Rollo branded. The new ones will print one label and just keep running blank labels through the machine until I unplug it. Can you only use Rollo branded labels?

Hi, Eric. I followed your tutorial today on how to set up my Rollo thermal label printer and had great success right up to the point where I tried to print a label from within Ebay for an item that I sold. I logged into Ebay with my username and password, then went to Items Sold and selected Print Shipping Label, and nothing happened past that point. The main portion of the screen goes blank (white) with just the Ebay header bar at the top of the page remaining. I re-tried several times, and the same thing results. Any idea on what may be causing this? I'm using an older HP laptop running Windows 7. Like I stated, everything was going along fine until I tried to print an actual shipping label. Thanks in advance for your help!
