From experience my ring is almost 6k. To me depends the guy is willing to spend that amount of money. Not until the person tak ikhlas. Not good. On my end today after few years of marriage, the ring doesn’t matter, what really matters is the marriage itself. How healthy is your marriage? Are you both happy together? And financial literacy is very important even before you married. But it is way more important after cause you have more responsibilities and commitment. The ring i feel it’s just your self esteem like how you want people to view you. Niat is important.
