I miss the old city map when mythical skins weren’t even a thing and the server gods were the ones with broly and goku, and seeing them have truly epic fights was amazing. On those times I didn’t ven care for skins, just to grind for that juicy broly to hear that sick ass tune. Now. There’s nothing more this game can give to me, everything that I thought that was awesome is gone.

honestly I thought the update was god awful at first but I actually started to enjoy it later since the mob farming became more fun since they aren’t literally flying everywhere like before. AND they made it way easier to get Mythic skins and stuff. The only big issue with the update imo is the rates for the traits, it’s SO hard to even get Legendary traits.

It's actually not the usuals made the economy not just care about mythics unobs and limiteds, the new grinding system actually made players play the game, and ascensions don't give you more stat levels to make you busted, but the variants of buff you can get from ascension actually makes the game has more customization and gameplay as some of these are viable for support, or even good for 1v1 aswell these are not just op buffs for yourself like stat points, but it can help other players with your traits, like cultivate, and it also helps the economy as the rarer the stays they are worth more. And the new grinding system involves thug beating, and stands and specs aren't just from picking up items. It need to you beat thugs to farm crates then trade it to the black market dealer for Ushards so you can try to roll for stand/spec shards, and the level for moves system allows you to play the game to grind it. And the 7 move cap allows the Xbox players to play the game (it is being fixed), so honestly, this is a whole game mechanic revamp to make you actually play the game and instead of standing in the middle, trading. A lot less players are seen in servers just sitting and trading. They are either playing the game modes or grinding which is a huge improvement to the game's development and it isn't a trading game like Adopt Me anymore.

I was very indifferent about this update at first but I started seeing benefits. While the 7 move cap does suck, it'll just open the game to a new audience. The gambling thing is obviously a red flag, but it really isn't like you HAVE to spend robux. Even a dev himself said to just do boundless tower (thank god for his advice).
